We are excited to introduce our new collection service.
If your order totals R200 or more,
you can enjoy FREE order pick-up at our Canal Walk Shopping Centre store, Century City, Cape Town. Please note that pick-up service is exclusively
available at our Canal Walk location. Our warehouse is conveniently situated
near the Canal Walk store, enabling us to offer this free pick-up service,
so please understand it. If you reside in Johannesburg, please make sure to
select the correct delivery option. 
If your order totals R199 or under, your pick-up service fee at Canal Walk store is R20. Meet your jewellery for more reasonable shipping fee or pick-up services. 
 
* Pickup Location: Shop 603 (next to Standard Bank), Upper Entrance 7, Canal Walk Shopping Centre, Century City, Cape Town
* Store Opening Hours: 9am-9pm everyday 
* Order preparation time: 1-2 business days (not including weekends or Public holidays) 
* The pickup validity period: Until you are able to pick up

Note: We do not process refunds for online orders in-store. Please pay attention to size or color selections, and if a refund is necessary, please contact our team via Whatsapp 0823008042. We'll process refunds in the same way as your online payment method. Additionally, prices may vary between online and in-store due to online sales. Please note that even for the same product, in-store exchanges must be paid at the store's price range. Online sale prices are only applicable for online purchases.
Note: Please make sure to put your email address on your contact details, so that you can receive an order confirmation email from us. We do not send any further sms to you. Even if you don't hear from us, please feel free to visit the store if it's been 2 business days. Our staff will help you.
Note: We strive to offer our products at the best possible prices and with quick preparation. To maintain affordability and speed, we do not provide additional paper packaging services for pickup orders. Your jewellery will be thoughtfully placed in basic transparent plastic packaging with our white small display card.
 
 
 
However, if you desire a special paper packaging for gifting purposes,
please don't hesitate to inform our staff.
Gift pouches and boxes are available for sale in-store,
so feel free to inquire with our staff at any time.
