Available Position: Sales and Packing assistant 

Location: Johannesburg, Cape Town 

Job Type: Full time (No part time, No casual)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail experience (at least 6 months) preferred 
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service 
• Ability to work well in a team environment (Willingness to facilitate communication)
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays 

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills (Applications are welcome from individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of time management)
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with the team, address issues or feedback, and strive for resolution
• Have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Pack and display the new products every week
• Stay up-to-date on the latest jewellery or fashion trends
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike (We do not hire person with a negative attitude. We only hire bright person who can handle customer interactions positively and get along well with their team members)
