Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Please note that THE FITZ Gift Card is a digital gift card, and no physical voucher will be sent. The gift card can be redeemed both on our website and at any THE FITZ store.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
Please also note that gift cards are not issued automatically upon purchase. Once your order has been reviewed and confirmed by our team, your e-gift card will be issued manually and sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery may take anywhere from a few hours to 1 business day.
