1. COVID Safe commitment 

The safety and wellbeing of me and customers is our utmost priority. We ensure hygiene in work, and keep safety precautions for all. At the moment, collection will be closed until further notice.

3. Why is my order late?

Our team is working hard to get you your order as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have any problem about your parcel, then we will do our best to fix the problem asap. We appreciate your patience. 

 4. My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.  Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, then we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
